George Leone began his career in real estate after graduating from Florida State University in 2001. His ambition quickly led him to real estate development where he began a thirteen-year tenure at Toll Brothers and served as the Vice President of Land Development.
In 2005, George relocated to Jacksonville, where he started a development team for Toll Brothers and was one of the first developers to break ground in Nocatee. In addition, he oversaw all development operations for Toll Brothers throughout Central and North Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. In 2016, George launched Leone Development and quickly built a reputation for understanding development constraints, being solution-oriented, and building great teams for the successful execution of land development projects.
George and Andy Allen partnered in 2017 to create Corner Lot Development Group. George’s vision was for Corner Lot Development Group to be a multi-faceted and diverse development company. Over the years, Corner Lot has become a market leader across all aspects of real estate development including residential, commercial, multi-family, industrial development, and ground-up construction. In his personal life, George enjoys fishing, boating, bird hunting, and skiing with his wife Irena, and their three children, Anthony, Jordan, and Isla.
