Jacksonville-native Michael O’Neal attended Bishop Kenny High School, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning a scholarship to play golf at the University of North Florida. While at UNF, Michael was awarded the 2007 and 2008 Scholar-Athlete of the Year award and the 2008 Athlete of the Year award, becoming the first person to win both awards in the same year. In 2008, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Chemistry. After graduation, Michael pursued his dream as a professional golfer, making the cut twice on the PGA Tour and appearing on the Web.com Tour three times.

He joined his good friend Andy Allen at Corner Lot Properties in 2012 and rapidly became involved in every aspect of Corner Lot’s business, from rehabbing houses and managing subcontractors to facilitating an extensive rental portfolio. In his current role as Vice President of Operations, Michael is involved with the management of Corner Lot projects, Breeze Homes properties, real estate closings, and other financial aspects of the business. Outside of real estate, he is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves to spend time with his wife, Kylie, and their sons, Liam and Jack.
